This week’s menu is featuring one of my favorite recipes from Pinterest. The recipe is for Crockpot French Dip Sandwiches! I still remember the first time I ever ate a French Dip Sandwich. I was a young bride living in Pensacola, Florida, and went to lunch one day with a girl from work and she told me I needed to order one for lunch. I’ve been hooked ever since!
The recipe is so simple and yet so delicious! Try it this week!
Sunday: Grilled Pork Chops, Baked Potato, Salad and French Bread
I love to grill on Sundays! Grilling is a favorite hobby of mine, and it usually makes for a fairly quick meal, yet a nice one that is suitable for company as well.

*I omit the wine in this recipe – and the au jus is delicious!
Tuesday: Taco Soup and Crackers
You just need to have a simple night!
Wednesday: Grilled Chicken Alfredo with Steamed Green Beans
Use cooked, grilled chicken strips and alfredo sauce out of a jar for a quick version!
Thursday: Pulled Pork Sandwiches, Chips and Cole Slaw
No time to make it from scratch? Pre-cooked BBQ in a tub from the grocery store makes an easy week-night dinner!
Friday: Chef Boyardee Pizza and Kraft Dinner (Mac & Cheese)
This has been a familiar quick night at the Crane home for years! I don’t know when I started combining the two, but now, we always have this combination!
Saturday: Cabbage, Stewed Potatoes, Black-eyed Peas, Cornbread
A meatless dinner once a week certainly doesn’t hurt anyone!
